We must continue our practice as best we can, despite the various ups and downs we experience. Besides, sometimes we will manage to meditate more and sometimes less, but we can be sure that the path we have taken is the right one.

The course is dedicated to the nyndro practices led by Marcin Mędrzecki, Marek Witek, Piotr Kaczmarek and Olga Komarova.

Accomodation
Please bring with you your sleeping bags, sleeping mats, towels and slippers.
Due to the meditative nature of the course, we ask families with children not to visit Zagorzan during the course – you are warmly invited in between meditation courses.
